After Cal received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering/Technology at Brigham Young University he started in several construction trades and in the commercial real estate industry. In 1979 he decided to take his father’s advice and start his own company. Calvin serves as the principal leader of the company offering hands-on direction for all aspects of its business enterprises. He is active in new client procurement and oversees all estimating, project management, bonding, finances, etc.

A construction veteran with over 35 years’ experience, Bob has estimated and managed a wide range of projects throughout the western United States. This would include both general building, as well as civil and industrial projects. A career with a solid basis of industry knowledge, sound estimating judgement and leadership has provided greatly to the success of Brubaker Construction through years of service.


Lorraine started her accounting career in the auto industry and switched to construction accounting in 1986. She came to BCI in 1994 as the office manager and we now don't know what we would do without her. Along with office management she does accounting and property management for 80-100 units.
